Galaxy M14 5G gets a 6.6 inches bezel-less PLS LCD that is included with a waterdrop notch holding the front camera. Also, its capacitive touchscreen features a 400ppi of pixel density and 1080 x 2408 pixels’ screen resolution.

Samsung has loaded the Galaxy M14 5G with a triple camera setup on its rear surface, comprising a 50MP Primary Camera, a 2MP Ultra-Wide Angle Lens and a 2MP Depth Camera. HDR mode, Auto Flash, Touch to Focus, HDR mode, Continuous Shooting and LED Flash are some of the main highlights of this camera setup. On the front side, there is an 13MP Primary Camera.

The Galaxy M14 5G is powered by an indigenous Samsung Exynos 1330 chipset accompanied by 6GB RAM. It is also equipped with an Octa-core Cortex A55 processor performing at a clock speed of 2.4GHz (max). To meet up the graphical requirements, Samsung has loaded the device with a Mali-G68 MP2 GPU.
